Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as "one review"? One review equals one upload of a single EPD document and one quality review, which will provide a comprehensive assessment with actionable insights. If you then update your EPD based on our findings and wish to re-run the review on your updated EPD, it will use an additional credit.
How is tax handled? Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. A tax-compliant invoice is provided with every purchase. If you are a B2B customer in the EU, you can enter your VAT number during checkout for the reverse charge mechanism.
Are there any recurring fees? No. Lodestellar operates on a prepaid model. You buy credits when you need them. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
